Hello! And, for those of you who came to Nantwich Vegan Fair… welcome back!

We worked extremely hard to ensure the day was a success for everyone involved and we hope you’ll agree that with over 1,300 people through the doors it absolutely was.

We want to build on the success of our first fair and the exciting vegan movement and community that is growing in the local area and so have decided to organise a second fair this year.

We learnt many lessons from the first fair, with the main one being that we need more space. With this in mind we are very lucky to have secured Crewe Heritage Centre, which is at least twice the size of Nantwich Civic Hall.

We’ll be using the space wisely and the layout will be well constructed to include larger walkways and more dedicated seating areas to encourage visitors to stay even longer.

For catering stands, the venue is large enough to include campervans, trucks and marquees etc. so please make it clear on your booking form what you will be using and ideally send a picture of your layout separately to info@creweveganfair.co.uk

We are looking to create the same fun and vibrant atmosphere at the Crewe Vegan Fair with talks and workshops so if you would like to offer a workshop or group talk then please do get in touch.

Stall Prices

  • 6ft Stall – £65.00
  • Charity Stall (6ft) – £45.00
  • 12ft Stall – £95.00
  • Catering Stall (for hot food) – 12ft x 6 ft – £125.00
  • Own Van, Truck or Marquee – £150.00

Full payment will be required within 7 days of your booking to secure your stall.

Stallholder’s FAQ’s

  • What is your policy on plastic bags?

    We don’t allow plastic bags to be used on the day… sorry not sorry. We also request no plastic cutlery or polystyrene is to be used either please.
  • I’m not a traditional vegan business can I still book a stall?

    Absolutely! We welcome all different kinds of business and products just as long as everything displayed, sold and advertised on the day is 100% vegan friendly. You never know, it may be more popular than you think and you could decide to ditch any non-vegan items going forward.
  • What time can I arrive to set up my stall?
    Your stall will be  ready to use from 8am and must be set up 15 minutes prior to the fair starting at 10am. If you have a truck or caravan, you will need to be in your position by 9am.
  • Can I leave early?

    We require that all stalls stay until the fair ends at 4pm.
  • Is there parking available on site?

    There is parking on site and there will be a designated area for stall holders. This will be free of charge.
  • What do I get with my table?
    You will receive a 6ft or 12ft table depending on which one you book. It will come uncovered so you must provide your own tablecloth if required.
  • Is electricity available?
    Yes and it is free with your stall price. Please confirm that you require it and what it is for at the time of booking. Please also provide as much information as possible so we can ensure the correct voltage is provided. Any electrical equipment will require an up to date PAT certificate
  • What do I need to provide?
    We require all stall holders to have their own Public Liability Insurance – ideally with £5 million cover. If you have any electrical equipment it will need to have been PAT tested and a certificate provided. Any stalls selling food or drink will also be required to provide a hygiene certificate.
